One of the key components of healthy living is proper nutrition. Knowing not only how much to eat, but what and when are vital elements to your success. At Hot Mama Fit we pride ourselves on accessible fitness—and now we’re here to help with the other side of the health coin: nutrition.

Hot Mama Fit Body Smarts will jumpstart your health and fitness by helping you choose foods that work for you, not against you. Join Body Smarts today to learn new habits and establish a customized plan for your unique journey – whether you want more energy, stable mood, weight loss, disease prevention. At the end of the 12 week program, you will be empowered with the tools to understand what to eat, when to eat it, and why.

Body Smarts is not a diet. It is not a fad. It is a lifestyle. It is designed to give you the tools you need to achieve healthy living and proper habits. Our weekly “status sessions” set you up for the following week with a new set of rules to follow and content to learn. By the end of this program you’ll have a foundation of education to help you eat nutritiously and workout correctly for life.

 
The Nutrition Only program includes a nutrition course with weekly online status sessions, unlimited email/text support and inclusion in the Hot Mama Fit support group, which is facilitated by Katie our Registered Dietitian.
 
If you’d like to commit to regular fitness classes in addition to the nutrition, sign up for one of the following plans:
 
Plan A – Nutrition plus a fitness class/week
Plan B – Plan A plus a second fitness class/week 
Plan C – Plan A plus 2 more fitness classes/week
